Please estimate the CIF New York price for the quantities and descriptions below based on the
print techniques above:
SMI Inc will order in March-May 2005:
T-shirt, men, dark blue, 90-100% cotton,
preshrunk, single jersey, round neck, 180 gsm,
chest print based on ay technique described
above. Sizes: USA children and adults (S, M, L,
XL, XXL).
T-shirt, men, white, 90-100% cotton, preshrunk,
single jersey, round neck, 180 gsm, chest print
based on ay technique described above.
Sweatshirt, hood, round neck, dark blue, 90-
100% cotton, preshrunk, fleece, 300 gsm,
fleece, chest print based on ay technique
described above.
The prints mus be on 100% cotton. I'm looking
for the following techniques:
1. Plastisol ink direct wet on wet with a
discharge underprint to subtract the dark die
color. the t-shirt however must be
dischargeable. this would give a softer hand
than under printing white than over printing
the colors.
2. base printing white than flashing, than wet
on wet printing plastisol.
3. plastisol transfers. Durability must be
very strong.
